No subscription and no account needed to buy. Here is what happens from the VIN to the report.

You enter the VIN
We check the VIN is valid and decode the year, make and model for free, using the US government’s vehicle database.
- 02
You choose reports
CARFAX, AutoCheck, the auction report, or several at once. The price is shown before you pay.
- 03
You pay
By card on a secure checkout page, or with crypto. If you aren’t signed in, we create your account from your email once the payment is confirmed.
- 04
We order the reports
As soon as the payment is confirmed, we order each report from our supplier. Most arrive within a few minutes.
- 05
You read them
Reports appear in your account and we email you when each is ready. They stay there to read, print or download again.
If a report can’t be produced
Some VINs have no records with a given company, and some suppliers are briefly unavailable. When a report can’t be produced, its cost goes back to your account automatically and we email you. Ask us and we refund it to your card instead.
