Are these the real CARFAX and AutoCheck reports?
Yes. We buy each report from a licensed data supplier at a wholesale rate and pass it on to you as delivered. We are an independent reseller, not CARFAX or Experian.
How long does a report take?
Most reports arrive within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed. Crypto payments are confirmed once the network confirms them, which can take longer.
What if there is no report for my VIN?
If a report can’t be produced, its cost goes back to your account automatically and we email you. Ask us and we refund it to your card instead.
Do I need an account?
No. Give your email at checkout; once the payment is confirmed we create your account and email you a link to it, where your reports are kept.
Which VINs can you check?
CARFAX and AutoCheck cover vehicles sold in the United States and Canada. The auction report covers cars sold at Copart and IAAI in the US.
What languages are the reports in?
Reports are written in English by the companies that produce them. Our site and emails are in English, Spanish, French and Arabic.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards on a secure checkout page, and crypto such as USDT. Card details are never typed on our site.
